All Salt Cave and Salt Suite appointments are completely private, even if you don’t reserve all the chairs in that room.
Community Sessions, however, are not private bookings, but are open for the public to book and share with others.
For two-person massage sessions, therapists are assigned by our administrative team based on availability. If you have a specific therapist request, we’re happy to help—please reach out to us directly prior to booking so we can do our best to accommodate.
Refund, cancelation and reschedule requests require at least 48 hours’ notice.
Please note that all transactions include a non-refundable 7% processing fee. If you are eligible for a refund, you will be offered either 93% or a full credit.
