I work with intention to provide grounding, restorative, and intuitive touch to every body. My goal for each session is to connect with you and your body to support healing, balance, and ease.
I use a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and reflexology in a session based on you and your body’s needs that day.
I am also a Reiki practitioner and can offer support to energetic needs or blockages with this energy healing practice.
As a queer trans woman, it is my goal to create a safe and affirming space for other LGBTQ+ people in my sessions, and I bring this same level of care and acceptance to sessions with all of my clients.

Megan Rowell
Therapist NCLMBT #12780

I have been practicing massage therapy for the past 9 years and combine my training in Swedish and Myofascial with more the subtle effects of Craniosacral Therapy. With any session, my hope is to create a sense of trust and warmth so we can communicate and work together to care for your body and spirit. I would describe my style of massage as patient, specific and on the gentle side.
