The Durham Salt Cave’s team consists of practitioners from the Living Arts Collective whose work weaves in beautifully with the experience of our urban retreat. The services offered help to enhance your experience of your essence and nourish the parts of you that may have been left untended for a while.

A Private Wellness Retreat is a 2 hour experience combining our Signature Experiences (Salt & Sound Experience in cave or suite) with one of our guided services listed below. We have created this list of services to support a variety of different kinds of moments in our lives. These retreats are great for individuals or groups of 2-6. We are happy to accommodate larger groups of up to 12 people as well.

If you are interested in reserving a retreat, please complete the form below.

Know Before You Book Your Retreat

Flow of the Retreat

For your or your group’s Private Wellness Retreat, you will first be welcomed and given time to settle into the space. You will then move into the guided service of your choice for 60 minutes. Afterwards, you or your group will transition into the 60 minute Signature Experience, including integration time. Alternatively, if you prefer, you or your group may enjoy the Signature Experience first, then transition into the guided service.

Retreat Pricing

The price depends on the number of people. We will discuss and confirm the cost and payment during your reservation call.

What to Wear and Bring to a Retreat?

Inside both the salt cave and the salt suite, the air is dry and cool, with a temperature set to around 70-75°F.

We recommend you wear comfortable clothes that you are able to relax in. If you have a skin condition you are trying to address in the salt cave or suite, we recommend exposing as much of the affected area as possible while being considerate of the public setting. Your clothes will remain dry for all activities.

Intuitive readings are a tool for self-discovery, deeper understanding of oneself and a discovery into the nature of current opportunities for change, healing, and growth. Our practitioner may use a combination of intuitive knowledge, tarot cards, or oracle decks to best facilitate your reading in this guided retreat service. The intention is to empower your way forward and offer clarity and insight to further your navigation in this life.
